Trevor and I had our 2nd anniversary! I can't believe we've been married for 2 years. The time has flown. I guess that's a good thing! Time flies when you're having a good time! This year has been even better than the first! Not that the first wasn't great (It was amazing!!) but this year has been so wonderful and I felt that having Emma and getting sealed has brought us closer together. I sure love this man of mine. He is continually helping me and is always trying to make me happy which isn't hard because as long as he is by my side life is good! I couldn't imagine being without him! A lot of people say that we "complement" each other well and I definitely agree! He is my rock and I love him so much!
For our anniversary we dropped Emma off at my parents and went to Anasazi Steakhouse. Super good and a fun (scary!) experience cooking your own steak on a super hot stone! The ambiance there is amazing. Then we decided to go take some pictures over at Chuckawalla since it was close and enjoyed the view together! After we went to Menchie's and had frozen yogurt. Yummmm. Then we went and did the thing we love most; hanging out with my parents! ha! All-in-all it was an amazing day getting to spend the night with Trev. love that boy!

Some of my favorite moments this year:
ONE | TWO | THREE | FOUR | FIVE | SIX | SEVEN | EIGHT | NINE | TEN | ELEVEN

9 months!

9 months! 3/4 into her first year! In-sane. Emma is one crazy girl. She has the funniest personality. Like she will just stare at my friend Breanne with no emotion in her face whatsoever. So funny. She is teething and hasn't been very fun because of it! I feel bad though, poor girl. She also has been sick and has been coughing a lot. I sure love this little one.
I've been so sick this month.. Like I can't get over this sickness and it's not fun! So that is why it has taken me forever to take her pictures.. She'll be 10 months in 9 days. Whoops.
I was going to get her all ready for these pictures and I was testing the lighting so I sat her down in her pajamas and messy hair and I just ended up loving it! I love taking pictures of her!

This month Emma..
  • is...drum roll please.. WALKING! I can't believe it. It's so adorable to watch and she is continually getting better! She is at the point now where she would rather walk than crawl!
  • dances. She moves her bum up and down ha!
  • headbutts us a TON. Ouch...
  • runs away hurriedly when we come after her and she squeals in excitement!
  • is obsessed with our ears. When she is falling asleep she will tug at ours. So cute!
  • smiles when I laugh while she is sleeping!
  • gives high fives!

Moab

We Traveled to Moab, Utahrrr this past weekend! It's my Grandpa Louie's 75th birthday next week so my parents, Trevor, Emma, and I surprised him and stayed there for the weekend! We basically just hung out and went to dinner! I was super sick and had NO energy and basically slept all Saturday until dinner. It was still fun to just hang out with my amazing grandparents! I sure love them.
Traveling with Emma was a little difficult. We had to find ways to keep her preoccupied like random toys and food! To keep ourselves preoccupied we listened to "Killing Lincoln" by Bill O'Reilly on tape. It was sooo good!
Emma and her great grandparents! She was a little unsure of them at first but eventually warmed up! You could tell they sure loved her! It started snowing and was so beautiful.. but freezing cold!
On our way home it was so foggy! It was a little scary but very pretty! I didn't get a ton of pictures on this trip because I felt like death but the moments that weren't captured were so fun!

P.S. I bought a new camera so be prepared for lots of badly edited and slightly blurry photos!
