Our little apartment

I was inspired by my friend Shauni to take pictures of our new apartment! It's more for myself to remember what this time in our life looked like! We drove out here to Kansas in our little car so therefore we had to leave a ton behind. So basically we are living with hardly anything and I can't tell you how much of a freedom it is not to have so much stuff. I absolutely love it. It's so easy to clean, it's not cluttered at all, and its just so refreshing! Honestly I am going to consciously be aware of how much stuff I buy and bring into the home from now on. Its just stuff and I feel so much better without it! I am definitely going to get rid of most of the stuff I kept at home. I do need a little more decor but I kind of like only a few decorations. Minimalism is in right? I love our apartment. We have normal colored walls! No wood or dark red! I'm in love. We also have a huge window in our bedroom and three in the living room/dining room area. I love all the natural light and I've noticed I feel so much better when I wake up naturally from the sunlight. Being in a deep dark basement was hard on all three of us. Our view out of the windows is unfortunately the other apartments but everywhere surrounding the apartments is so greeeeen! Love it here!
