1 years old!

My baby is 1 years old. How? It hurts to think she is a year old! This has been the fastest year of life but also the best! Emma has brought so much joy into our lives and to think we used to live life without her makes me so sad! She made me a mother for the first time and it has been the best and most rewarding experience. She came at a perfect time in our lives. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with my life and so one day I prayed to Heavenly Father pretty much asking him to tell me what I was supposed to do.. and then we got pregnant soon after! There was my answer! It seems just like yesterday she was in my belling kicking around. Wow.. that's so weird to think about. I miss it. However she is so much more fun outside my belly! I'm so grateful for Emma and I continually thank Heavenly Father for allowing me to be her mother. I just love her so so much!

Emma was so hilarious during her cake smash. We set a towel down with the cake and she kind of touched it a little and then bam. Face first into the cake. She didn't use her hands until the end! She is so funny! She had a very humble birthday.. I wanted to give her the world for her first but it turned out pretty good! Trevor's Grandma gave Emma a gift card to Toys-R-Us so we went and bought her a cute little baby doll. She gives it hugs and kisses all the time! Love her!
