2 Months - Evelyn Rose

2 months old. Seems like we've had her forever! It's crazy how normal it is to have her here now. The months are going by so slow (but not in a bad way!). I keep thinking of the months to come when Evelyn starts sitting up or eating baby food and it gets me super excited, but I try to remember to enjoy the stage that she is at right now. She's been a little bit happier this month. She had a rough couple of days where she wouldn't nurse very well and that was super hard and frustrating, but besides that she's been relatively happy. Especially if she's fed and well rested!

This month Evelyn..

• Smiles so much! Its the best.
• Talks and coos at us and its the sweetest little thing. I love hearing her voice!
• Can hold her head up by herself!
• Loves staring at Emma. Whenever Emma sits by me Evelyn is just captivated by her! but also..
• Gets super annoyed with Emma! Haha! It seriously cracks me up. Emma just smothers her and Evelyn is so over it. 
• Has been sleeping well still. It's hard because Trevor wakes up at 5 for work so sometimes it wakes her up but on the weekends she'll sleep around 8 or 9 hours!
• Loves to FaceTime her Grandma! She will seriously just stare at my mom and listen to her talk. It's adorable!
• Found her hands! Her hands are constantly in her mouth.
• Listens so intently and smiles when I sing to her! Little does she realize how tone deaf I am. 
• Stands up (Obviously when we're holding her) and is getting so strong! 

P.S. Does anyone know why when I edit photos in Lightroom they look light and bright but when I post them on Blogger they get darker and not as nice looking??
